TERMS of SERVICE:

1.) General
All clients must be over 18 years of age to purchase a commission from this artist. If it is found that this rule has been violated, the client will be refused.

All depictions of characters must be over 18 years of age. If it is found that this rule has been violated, the client may be subject to blacklisting and all postings of said artwork shall be removed.

Artist reserves the right to turn down commissioned work due to the nature of the subject matter.

Artist reserves the right to refuse clients based on prior behaviors.



2.) Payment
All clients must pay the full amount up front before development will begin.

Prices may be altered at the artist's discretion based on complexity of the individual's request. All fees will be discussed before an invoice is issued.

All changes to a piece must be made within the first stages of development. If a client requests additional changes to their piece after the preliminary sketch stages, extra charges will apply.

If the client no longer wishes for the service after a sketch has been produced, a 50% refund will be issued.

Clients are not entitled to refunds once the piece has been completed.



3.) Terms of Use
In purchasing a commission, the client holds the right to use their piece for personal use only.

Commission pieces may not be used to gain a profit.

If the client's purchase is posted in a personal gallery, credit must be made to the original artist.

Commissioned pieces may not be altered or edited for the purpose of reselling.



4.) Privacy
The artist will never discuss personal information about a client with any outside party.

Client contact information will only be used for the purpose of invoicing and discussing service.

The client has the right to be left anonymous publically.

The artist has the right to post all art produced for clients unless requested otherwise.

The artist is not liable for the re-posting of a client's artworks.
